Eligibility for Replacement:
Damaged items, incorrect items, or items not received after 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered on the carrier's website, such as USPS or Canada Post) are eligible for a free replacement within 7 business days.
Replacement Policy After 7 Days:
If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final. If you received a defective or incorrect item, or did not receive your order after 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered), we will process a replacement instead of a refund.
Damaged Item:
A replacement order will be created with the same shipping speed as your original item.

Please send us three photos of the item from different angles to expedite the replacement process.
Return Policy:
If a replacement is processed, there is no need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect Item:
An incorrect item means receiving something entirely different from what was ordered.
Example 1 (Will be replaced): You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.
Example 2 (Will be replaced): You ordered lipstick but received mascara.
What Won't Be Replaced:
Example 3 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a weighted plushie and believe it isn’t weighted. We provide detailed product information to help you make an informed purchase, so if the item matches the description, we cannot process a replacement.
Example 4 (Will NOT be replaced): You ordered a jacket in size large and feel you received a size small. Please review the product details to ensure it meets your expectations before placing an order.
