Locating a Missing Package Marked as Delivered

1. If Tracking Shows "Delivered" but You Can't Find Your Package

      • Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation to ensure it's correct.
   3. Look for Delivery Notices:
      • Look for a notice of attempted delivery or a postcard left by your local post office.
   4. Check the Delivery Area:
      • Inspect the usual delivery location for your package.
      • Check places such as:
        • Porch
        • Garage
        • Exterior doors or hidden spots (e.g., under a mat or behind a back entrance)
        • Building’s front desk, reception area, or receiving area.
   5. Wait for a Few Days:
      • In rare cases, packages may be marked as delivered up to 5 business days before they arrive, so please wait that period.
